Civil Litigation

The ability to take a case to trial is a vanishing skill.  Cases often settle because one side has the experienced trial lawyer and the other side is bluffing.

Why do you think lawyers suddenly turn “sour” on a case that they coveted when you first came to the lawyer’s office ?

No Trial Experience.

The other side called their bluff so now they are running for cover.  They criticize you, cut down your case and they warn you about how juries “can do anything”.

They are frightened.
